2018-2019 PTO Fundraisers
FundRays Coupon Book – This coupon book sale will take place September 7th-24th and in the spring. FundRays Coupon Books are a great value for discounts at over 200 local businesses! Our PTO receives 50% of the sales. The classes that sell the most will win incentive prizes!
Fall Festival – Save the date, you don’t want to miss this family fun event! Saturday, October 20th located by the Butler Pavilion. We have lots of fun and games planned for all!
Boosterthon Fun Run – This two week event will kick off with a Pep Rally on January 14th. Over the course of the event, the entire school will learn about character building skills from the amazing and energetic Boosterthon team. Students will also raise pledge money leading up to the main Fun Run event on January 24th!
Butler Spirit Wear – The Butler PTO will be selling Spirit Wear t-shirts, hats and bumper stickers all year! Shirts will be available in children and adult sizes. Every Friday is Spirit Day so be sure to wear your Butler shirt!

Spirit Nights – Local businesses will host Butler families at their establishment, and generously donate a percentage of their sales to Butler Elementary! Our first Spirit Night will take place August 24th from 3pm-8pm at Sweet Stop in Gulf Place. Check out our calendar for more Spirit Nights to be announced soon!
Box Tops for Education – Please clip and send in your Box Tops, as Butler receives ten cents for each unexpired Box Top collected! This can add up to $2,500 – $3,000 for our school. Please place in baggies or envelopes and include your teachers name. The class with the most Box Tops collected will win a party!

Consignment Sale – Vendors will be able to rent booth space at Van R. Butler Elementary during the event. Items will range from toys, clothes, furniture, and decor. Stay tuned to our news for updated information.
1st Day School Supplies – Back to school supplies has never been easier! Pre-purchase your child’s school supplies before June 30th for the next year and have the supplies delivered to your front door!
